Understand the cipher being removed
01TLS means Transport Layer Security. A cipher suite identifies cryptographic algorithms used in a connection. RC4 is a stream cipher: it combines plaintext (the original data) with a generated keystream.
Repeatedly encrypted plaintext can expose RC4 biases; remove the cipher rather than count on a low session total.

A message needs an address.
Think of a packet as a small addressed envelope. Devices pass it onward; transport protocols decide what delivery promises an application gets.

RFC7465 describes statistical biases in RC4 keystreams that enable recovery of repeatedly encrypted plaintext.

- This is a conceptual risk illustration, not an RC4 implementation or a claim that every captured record is instantly decrypted.
- The 2015 attack-cost figures are historical research context, not a current safe-use threshold. RC4 is prohibited regardless of a chosen session count.
